| Summer is just around the corner now ... there is a definite warmth to the days. |
| |
| So now is the time to start thinking about your poor neglected feet which have been hidden away in boots all winter and begin preparing them for display in sexy sandals and seductive mules with some TLC. |

| If you don't have either the time or the money to spare for a professional pedicure don't despair it is possible for you a good job yourself with a home pedicure! |
| |
| First thing is to remove any nail varnish, and soak your feet in a basin of warm water, for about as long as it takes to leisurely drink a mug of coffee. |
| |
| Toenails should be cut and filed straight. |
| |
| Your cuticles should be nice and soft after the soaking so now is the time to gently push them back. |
| |
| Use a pumice or foot file to remove any dead and hard skin. |
| |
| Seperate your toes with either a folded tissue or use made for the purpose separators these are available at most cosmetic stores. |
| |
| Apply a clear base coat and allow to dry - takes about one CD track! |
| |
| Now the coloured varnish of your choice, two coats for dark colours, and tidy any smudges with a cotton bud soaked in remover to keep a nice neat professional look. |

| Allow polish to dry completely - this takes a bit longer allow three CD tracks at least. |
| |
| Apply a clear top coat. |
| |
| Leave your shoes off for at least an hour or wear open-toed sandals. |
| |
| Now your feet are looking pretty and sexy, time to spoil yourself with some new shoes to show them off. |
